Negligence, poor handling and maintenance, folding, improper bed framework or natural wear and tear cannot be considered in guarantee. In case of natural latex mattress, guarantee of outer fabric is limited to sagging and applicable in the first year from the purchase date. Product from AMRUT SALES CORPORATION is not guaranteed to correct any existing back complaints, and is not a treatment for any illness or injury.

In the time period of first 12 months from the purchase bill date, company is going to pay for the transportation of the return product after review of photos and review of guarantee. After 12 months from the purchase bill date, the transportation cost must have to be pay by the purchaser.

Guarantee is applicable for the original purchaser and cannot be passed onto or assigned to another consumer.
AMRUT SALES CORPORATION reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition.

AMRUT SALES CORPORATION reserves the right to substitute material of equal quality on the particular items being repaired or replaced if identical material is not available at the time of repair or replacement.

This guarantee will be void and any claim will not be covered by this guarantee if the mattress is used directly on a slatted base. Mattress/latex mat- tress on improper base or base without centre supports will result into sag which is not covered by guarantee. The guarantee will be void if installa- tion of mattress/latex mattress on a solid base top which does not allow aeration.

Natural latex foam/mattress contours to the body when a person lies down and regains their original shape when the person gets up. Body impres- sions are the default behavior and just part of the wear and tear process which is not covered in guarantee.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the manufacturer of a defect within one month of its discovery, failure to do so will void the guarantee. Density variation of approximately 5% in each latex mattress is the default behavior which is not considered as fault and not covered in guarantee.

AMRUT SALES CORPORATION’s products are made from pure natural latex so notification of many imperfections proves the evidence that it is made from natural latex and not a fault.

Size of all latex mattresses/foam may vary slightly due to standard manufacturing tolerances.

Please do not remove the label on the latex mattress that identifies your guarantee period. Latex mattress with absence of label or guarantee card will not cover in guarantee.

If the latex mattress is damaged due to accident such as fire, spilling of water or flood then guarantee becomes void.

While purchasing the product, purchasers are deemed to have read understood and agreed to these conditions.

The right to determine whether or not a mattress needs replacement will rest with the AMRUT SALES CORPORATION.

At the time of filling your claim, the latex mattress must be located in INDIA only in order to inspect it as part of the claim process. In case guarantee replacement, we are not providing shipment service to and from other countries but INDIA.

In the duration of first two years of the limited guarantee from the purchase bill date, Green Riyaa mattress/latex mattress of budget quality will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s mattress if and only if it qualifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

During the 3’ year of limited guarantee from the purchase bill date, 50% replacement charge must have to pay by the purchaser if and only if it qual- ifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

After the first 3’ year from the purchase bill date replacement charge is going to increase 5% in every subsequent year i.e. 55% of the original purchase price if replaced during 4’ year if and only if it qualifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

If the latex mattress is replaced during 81 year from the purchase bill date or prior to expiration of limited guarantee period, the replacement charge will be 95% of the original purchase price if and only if it qualifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

In the duration of first three years of the limited guarantee from the purchase bill date, Green Riyaa mattress/latex mattress quality will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s mattress if and only if it qualifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

During the 4” year of limited guarantee from the purchase bill date, 50% replacement charge must have to pay by the purchaser if and only if it qual- ifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

After the first 4’ year from the purchase bill date replacement charge is going to increase 5% in every subsequent year i.e. 55% of the original purchase price if replaced during 5’ year if and only if it qualifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

If the latex mattress is replaced during 11’ year from the purchase bill date or prior to expiration of limited guarantee period, the replacement charge will be 95% of the original purchase price if and only if it qualifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

In the duration of first four years of the limited guarantee from the purchase bill date, Green Riyaa latex mattress of premium quality will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s mattress if and only if it qualifies under terms and conditions for the limited guarantee period.

During the 5” year of limited guarantee from the purchase bill date, 50% replacement charge must have to pay by the purchaser.

After the first 5” year from the purchase bill date replacement charge is going to increase 5% in every subsequent year i.e. 55% of the original pur- chase price if replaced during 6”’ year.

If the latex mattress is replaced during 21 year from the purchase bill date or prior to expiration of limited guarantee period, the replacement charge will be 95% of the original purchase price.

Note: Any latex mattress will show visible body impressions within the first 6 months of use from the purchase bill date that can be up to 2.5 inches which is not considered as a defect but it is the signature of performing good job conforming to the body which reduces pressure on your muscles and joints.

The guarantee is issued subject to the jurisdiction of civil courts of Mehsana, Gujarat, India.
